LifeAdmin stores what it needs to remind you: your WhatsApp number, the name you ask it to use, your reminder titles and dates, your weekly goals if you use the planner, your preferences and your subscription status.

• Voice notes are transcribed and photos are read once to find dates. Neither is stored. ID, licence, account and card numbers are never saved.
• Card details are handled by Payfast. We never see or store them.
• Messages are delivered through WhatsApp's official business platform (Meta). Text is processed by our AI providers only to understand what you asked for. It is not used to train models.
• You can download your data or delete your account at any time. Send "account" or "delete" in the chat.
• After a subscription ends, your reminders are kept for 90 days so you can come back, then they are deleted.
